Connecting people with Psychologists through writing
The PenPsych Programme is a unique initiative dveloped by IHARD Family that aims to foster mental well-being and provide emotional support through written communication (Penpal). The program pairs individuals with psychologists in a pen-pal-style relationship, providing a safe and confidential platform for people to share their feelings, challenges, and experiences. Penpsych will use email as the medium of communication. Every client is allowed two emails per week, hence, do use it wisely. The emails can be of any length and feel free to express all you have in it!

- Assigned Therapist will get in contact with you through email
- You can start corresponding with your therapist, write away!
