Nowadays, the weather changes a little from time to time. It’s common to face sickness. Here are some remedies that can help brighten your day:

  1. Talk to yourself like a best friend - sickness is difficult and it’s not your body’s fault/weakness.
  2. Drink something soothing - try to avoid caffeine/tea 3 hours before sleep.
  3. Meditation or soothing rhythmic breathing.
  4. Write 3 good things about today; to build gratitude.
  5. Spend 5 minutes on light exercise.
  6. Spend time with pets.
  7. Drink more water and eat a balanced diet.

No matter what, different people work differently and to each their own. Still, sickness does not dictate our lives. We are worthy and it’s okay to rest. Rest is productive too.
