Obtaining a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, Valerie has gained a diverse range of experiences working with both children and adults in various settings, including hospital and private practices. Her journey has equipped her to assess and treat a wide range of mental health concerns, providing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
Valerie believes that the first step is always the hardest. Hence, her priority is to create a collaborative and safe environment where clients feel genuinely understood and supported. Together, she aims to support her clients to overcome their obstacles and achieve their fullest potential. She is passionate about helping them recognize their resilience, inner strength and self-growth, nurturing these qualities within themselves.
